Medina

Medina, or Al-Madinah, is the second holiest city in Islam, following Mecca. It is the final resting place of the Prophet Muhammad and home to the Prophet's Mosque, Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, one of the largest mosques in the world. The city serves as a major pilgrimage site for Muslims, particularly during Hajj and Umrah. Beyond its religious significance, Medina offers a serene environment with lush date palm groves and historic sites such as Quba Mosque and Mount Uhud. Non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the sacred areas.
